Our Mission

To engage in advocacy, education, outreach, interagency and community collaboration to improve the well-being of the
Asian Pacific American community in Connecticut.

The Asian Pacific American Coalition of Connecticut (APAC) was established in 2008 as an organization dedicated to the betterment of the fastest growing ethnic group in Connecticut and the United States. APAC is run entirely by volunteers and focuses its efforts on a variety of areas including employment, housing, education, voting rights, and civil rights.

Current efforts are aimed at being in an Advisory role to the State of Connecticut Commission on Equity and Opportunity working to advise the Governor, the Legislature, state agencies, departments, and commissions on issues relating to the social, educational, health, economic development, rights, concerns and interests of the APA (Asian Pacific American) community.
